How it works
Requesting time off
Time-off requests happen in our single software with seamless flow to payroll upon approval. Requests also feed directly into Direct Data Exchange® to calculate your ROI. Our fully automated time-off software whittles the process to just three easy steps.
Step 1: Submit request
Employee submits a time-off request via desktop or the Paycom mobile app.
Step 2: Approve or deny
When a decision is automated by GONE or made by their manager, the employee is immediately notified.
Step 3: Approval flows on
Approved submissions flow to payroll, scheduling, the employee's timecard, accruals and the manager's time-off calendar of choice, including Outlook or Google Calendar.
