In December, Paycom placed on The Oklahoman’s Top Workplaces list for the seventh year in a row. Because this honor is based solely on employee feedback, we celebrated our “7th Winning Stretch” all week long! We started by bringing some of our favorite Oklahoma mascots to the office to meet and greet staff. Employees were also:
- served free breakfast in the cafes
- serenaded by baby grand pianos at lunch
- shown Christmas movies
- provided photo booths every day
- and encouraged to wear jeans all week!
