Burpees for Vets

Since 2022, Paycom and its employees have raised $316,286 for veterans through the Burpees for Vets campaign, a national fitness challenge that raises funds for veterans transitioning out of military service.

In 2024 alone, employees completed 137,814 burpees, and Paycom donated $1 for each one. Our $137,814 donation was the largest ever for Burpees for Vets and The Mark Divine Courage Foundation, which works with veterans experiencing post-traumatic stress.

Department of Defense SkillBridge

As a SkillBridge partner, service members can gain valuable civilian work experience at Paycom through hands-on training and internships during the last 180 days of their service.

SkillBridge participants can learn practical skills and benefit from one-on-one mentoring at a tech company that’s excited to support service members during their transition into the civilian workforce.

Military & Veterans in Paycom employee resource group

Paycom’s service members and veterans build connections through our Military & Veterans in Paycom (MVIP) employee resource group (ERG), which works to attract, develop and retain talented employees.

The employee-led group provides a sense of belonging and community for military, active reservists and veteran employees, as well as spouses and family members.
