OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 28, 2025) — Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $25,000 to Oklahoma Women in Technology (OKWIT) as part of Paycom’s “First Down” initiative with Oklahoma State University’s and the University of Oklahoma’s football programs.
Paycom donated to OKWIT for every OSU and OU first down at home games throughout the 2024 college football season. The funds will support leadership training, free programming and scholarship programs for women in tech or STEM-related fields.
“At Paycom, we’ve seen firsthand the impact that talented, driven women can have on our business and our community, and we’re proud to support OKWIT’s commitment to furthering STEM opportunities for women across Oklahoma,” said Amy Cook, senior director of operations at Paycom.
OKWIT is a nonprofit organization that supports professionals in the technology industry with a determination to bridge the gap between genders in STEM fields. The members strive to better network and promote anyone who identifies as a woman within the tech industry across Oklahoma, while educating and encouraging young women to continue their interest and studies in STEM fields.
“Since our inception, OKWIT has provided career development to thousands of Oklahomans, mentorship programs and education to hundreds of students across the state and over $70,000 in scholarships to support continuing education,” said Casey Rainbolt, president of OKWIT. “None of this would be possible without generous donors like Paycom, and we’re beyond thrilled for their continuous support of furthering women’s impact on technology.”
