Paycom Names Shane Hadlock Director of Information Technology

To help manage their continued growth, Paycom recently announced another key addition to the senior leadership team. Shane Hadlock has joined the online payroll and HR technology company as Director of Information Technology and will office in Paycom’s corporate headquarters located in Oklahoma City. In his new role, Shane is responsible for the management of Paycom’s information technology staff and the growing infrastructure needed for Paycom’s corporate headquarters and the 19 Paycom offices located across the country.

“With thousands of customers in all 50 states, over 500 employees located in offices across the country, and revenues growing at a rate of 40 percent year after year, our information infrastructure is vital to our success,” said Chad Richison, Paycom Founder and CEO. “Shane’s experience in technical leadership and global infrastructure will ensure our rapid growth is seamless to our customers and our information technology department’s goals are aligned with the business objectives of the organization.”

Hadlock brings over 20 years of professional experience, including IT roles for Hertz, HP and the U.S. Geological Survey. He most recently served as infrastructure manager at Hertz where he was responsible for technical leadership, global infrastructure, outsourcing governance, strategic planning and integration.

Hadlock is married to Meleah and they have two children, Makenna and Sadie. He received his Bachelors of Science and MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma.
