Paycom funds programming for Boys & Girls Clubs in Oklahoma and Texas

Back-to-school initiatives included donation, backpacks, school supplies and community movie night

OKLAHOMA CITY (Aug. 27, 2025) Paycom Software, Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) (“Paycom”), a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based human capital management software, donated $41,000 to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County through its employee giving program and company match. The donation helps fund quality after-school programs for students in the community.

“Boys & Girls Clubs provide key services to our community by facilitating high-quality afterschool programs for children and teenagers,” said Tara Steffens, team leader of corporate philanthropy programs at Paycom. “By partnering with these nonprofits, we’re not only supporting a great cause, but also ensuring that youth have a safe and enriching environment to thrive in after school and during school breaks.”

This year is the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County’s 30th anniversary. Its mission is to inspire and enable young people to reach their full potential through access to quality programs including: academic enrichment; health and wellness; character and leadership; and life and workforce readiness.

“Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County is proud to work with organizations like Paycom that help us provide critical afterschool and summer programming to youth in our community,” said Teena Belcik, president and CEO of Boys & Girls Clubs of Oklahoma County. “Because of their support, our kids are able to go back to school equipped with the skills they need to be successful this year and beyond. We are so thankful for their partnership!”

Paycom’s donation in Oklahoma County will support the county’s 16 club locations and two mobile clubhouse units that serve over 17,000 children and teenagers. In addition to the monetary gift, Paycom donated 1,300 backpacks full of school supplies and sponsored a movie night in late July at the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark as part of its back-to-school initiative.

In Collin County, Texas, Paycom’s $10,000 contribution will further enable the Club’s mission to serve local kids and youth with programs designed to promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and good character and citizenship. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Collin County reaches thousands of children and youths across Frisco, McKinney, Plano and Princeton.

The Paycom employee giving program gives to many local and national causes, supporting youth programming, mental health treatment, programs for individuals with disabilities and more. Paycom selects a wide range of nonprofits every year, allowing employees to donate to an organization that aligns with their values. Additionally, the company matches every dollar donated through the employee giving program.
