Paycom Director Honored with Forty Under 40 Award
OKLAHOMA CITY, Nov. 18, 2016 — Paycom, a leading provider of comprehensive, cloud-based solutions for human capital management, is proud to announce that Paycom’s Director of Paycom Services, Bryan Bagby, is among the 2016 class of okc.BIZ’s Forty Under 40.
The Forty Under 40 program honors exceptional individuals who have made a significant contribution to shaping the Oklahoma City landscape.
Bagby currently manages hundreds of employees in the Paycom Service Department. During his seven years with Paycom, Bagby has held a number of positions, each new role adding more responsibility and leadership opportunities.
This Forty Under 40 honoree’s loyalty, upward trajectory and leadership in the office also translates to his local community of Tuttle, Okla. Bagby and his wife, Amanda Bagby, whom he met at Paycom, recently founded the Bagby Family Foundation.The mission of their new nonprofit is to continue financial support for the Tuttle Education Foundation.
In addition to the new scholarship program, this father of three also sponsors kids who are battling life-threatening illnesses through the Cavett Kids Foundation.
About the Forty Under 40 program
The okc.BIZ Forty Under 40 program is open to Oklahoma candidates between 21 to 39 years of age in 2016. After a stringent application process, the review of hundreds of applicants and board-led deliberation, a panel selects winners who were announced at the November 15, 2016 awards party. The 40 honorees are also listed online at okc.BIZ and in a special Forty Under 40 section in the November 16, 2016 issue of Oklahoma Gazette.
